Circles of Support
  1. Daily - anyone you contact personally every day (life partner, children at home, etc.)
  2. Weekly - family, close friends, sports and volunteer contacts,  etc.
  3. Monthly – family, friends, sports/work/hobby activities, etc.
  4. Seasonal/Occasional – relatives, distant friends, acquaintances, etc.
  5. Seasonal/Annual – holiday events,  annual events, reunions, etc.
​​The more serious the situation, the smaller the circle that will be available for giving or receiving help. 

Maintaining these circles is a life-long commitment to keep the communication lines open and strong using all available media, but especially in-person connections.
